Courses taught by engineers who ran the plants
Practical, worked on real numbers, and sized for working teams. Live online or at your site, adjusted to your plant on request.
The process courses are taught by our technical lead, who commissioned ammonia trains and ran reformers, turbines and utilities for fifteen years. Associate engineers teach their own fields.

Durations are indicative and adjust to the group. Participants receive course notes, a worked-example workbook to keep, and a certificate of attendance from HA Consulting.
A sample exercise, from "CBAM for exporters"
1 t urea · import year 2026 · illustrative plant. Participants rebuild this from the published benchmarks.
- Certificates with actual data: 0.228 t CO₂/t
- Certificates with EU defaults: 0.524 t CO₂/t
- Difference: 0.296 per tonne, about €22 at €75/t CO₂
On request
Taught by our associate engineers when a group asks for them:
- ISO management systems
- Energy management
- Oil and gas topics
- Water treatment and cooling-water basics
- Desalination plant operation
How courses run
- Live online: open sessions anyone can join
- In-house: at your plant or office, on your own data
- Tailored: any course adjusted to your plant, process or reporting
Our courses are practical training. They are not accredited auditor or verifier qualifications.
Train your team on its own plant.
Tell us the course, the group size and whether online or in-house. We send the outline, the trainer's profile and a proposal.
